Samina represents the third generation of the founding family of Cipla, the $12bn global healthcare group. In her former role as Cipla's Executive Vice Chairperson she championed a period of unprecedented growth, doubling the company's revenue and tripling value while navigating one of the most challenging chapters in its history.
Aside from her overarching responsibilities at Cipla, she spearheaded the incubation and rapid scaling of Cipla's consumer health startup, in partnership with a leading Private Equity firm. She has played an active role in investing and advising consumer startups in India and is excited to support the next generation of consumer brands looking to build similarly lasting legacies.
Samina has a Master's in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Cipla, she worked in Investment Management with Goldman Sachs, across their London and New York offices.
Ketki leads private investments at AYRA Ventures, bringing nearly two decades of experience backing high-growth consumer businesses across the full arc of a company's journey — from early conviction bets to growth-stage scaling.
Before AYRA, she was a Partner at Sixth Sense Ventures and spent over a decade at L Catterton, the world's largest consumer-focused private equity firm. She holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics, and a Masters and Bachelors in Economics from the University of Mumbai, where she was a university rank holder.

Nambi leads the Finance function at AYRA Ventures, overseeing taxation, compliance, and strategic financial operations. She brings over 25 years of experience shaped through a long career at Cipla, one of India's leading global healthcare companies, where she rose to serve as Senior Manager – Taxation.

Revanth is an Investment Associate at AYRA Ventures in the Private Markets division, where he focuses on end-to-end deal execution and firm-building initiatives. He brings over five years of professional experience, including two years in growth investing at Anicut Capital.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and has qualified CFA Level II.

Rohini is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at AYRA Ventures, with over 25 years of professional experience across administration and operations. Before joining AYRA, she spent 17 years at TVS Capital Funds, where she served as Senior Executive Assistant to the senior leadership team and managed key operational responsibilities.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, an Executive MBA in Human Resources and Administration, and has completed the Project Management Program at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Outside of work, she is passionate about travel and the discovery of new destinations and cultures.
